Discovery Day is coming on January 29, 2012 ! Consider this your special invitation.

What is Discovery Day? It is an opportunity for newer church members and interested guests to discover ways that they and Agape Baptist Church can effectively partner together for the work of ministry in Fort Worth and beyond. We will have lunch together, visit about the church’s history and core values, and offer a guided tour of the facilities in which you will be able to interact with church leaders and staff.

The schedule is as follows:

12:00-1:00pm              Meet and enjoy lunch in the Faith Hall (west building). Some church leaders will be on hand to share special, unique traits about the church and to field your questions. Consider this an informal gathering.

1:00pm-2:00pm           Take a guided tour of our youth ministry area in Faith Hall and the children’s ministry area in Henderson Hall. You will be able to meet Luke Cunningham (Youth Minister) and Shena Smith (Children’s Minister). Also, you will see our Adult Education area and be informed about our Educational Outreach Ministry and Refugee Ministry. Further, we will make a stop in the Worship Center in order to be greeted by worship leaders.
