The purpose of the Ministry Council is to assure all essential pastoral functions would be carried out. The Ministry Council fulfills the shepherd role in the church, seeking to guide the church to grow spiritually and numerically. The Ministry Council meets weekly to coordinate their various responsibilities. The Council consists of pastors called by the church and three ordained Baptist ministers who are nominated by Ministry Council and the Deacon Advisory Council and elected by the church.
