Agape Baptist Church is committed to historic Baptist principles that are commonly framed as the four fragile freedoms:
It is the responsibility and privilege for every person to relate directly to God without the imposition of control from clergy, creed, or governmental authorities.
We believe that the Bible is authoritative and is central to the daily living of individuals and churches. We interpret the Bible through the Lordship of Jesus Christ. It is the right of every person to read the Bible and apply its teachings under the leadership of the Holy Spirit.
The church is autonomous and is free to determine their leadership, membership, worship, and participation with others in the Body of Christ.
We support the separation of church and state, and we believe in freedom for religion and freedom from religion for all peoples.
